Founded in 2005 by a CPA firm partner and successful entrepreneurs, Easy Access is based in South Bend, Indiana and has developed the software and services that comprise our solution.
Our clients are primarily mid-sized companies that process 1,000 invoices or more a month.
The foundation of EasyAccess is the ability to receive paper and e-mailed PDF images of invoices, and extract all the data including the line items details from those invoices. The data and images are imported into a EA website that is customized to follow the PO matching and approval rules for each client. Matched and approved invoices are electronically transferred to the clients AP system for payment. Unmatched invoices are automatically routed to the correct person for approval.
